Registration
- Fill out registration form, then simply click on the “Register” button to register and you will receive instructions on the reservation process.
- Or contact us and our team will be able to guide you and advise you on the most suitable package for you.

Confirmation of your registration
- To validate your registration, we require full payment of the total amount no later than 1 month before the start of our programs.
- Once the payment has been made, a confirmation of registration will be sent to the family by email.

Cancellation
- If you need to cancel your reservation, please let us know by email at the following address: info@dreamafrica.africa
- Cancellation of registration by the participant will be reimbursed according to the scale below:
- More than 21 days before departure: 100% refundable.
- 21-15 days before departure: 50% refundable
- Less than 15 days before departure: non-refundable - Except for emergency reasons.

Termination Of Participation
- Any interrupted or shortened stay or any service not consumed by the participant, for any reason whatsoever, will not give rise to any refund. Participants are asked to respect the rules of life and operation put in place by the Dream Africa management team. Any behavior prejudicial to the proper functioning of the community cannot be tolerated. In the event of a premature termination, the participation fee will not be refunded
